Michelle Davis is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in medical device development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the OEM Engineering Manager at Millar, Inc. since August 2017, Michelle leads customer-specific projects integrating MEMS-based pressure sensors into medical devices and manages product development from feasibility prototyping to production. Previously, as a Clinical Engineer at LivaNova, Michelle investigated complaints for Class III medical devices and facilitated the transition of a new product line. Michelle’s experience includes roles as a Quality Engineer at Medtronic, where quality control processes were optimized, and an Innovation and Development Intern at Terumo BCT, focusing on lyophilization principles. Early roles included tutoring engineering concepts at Harvey Mudd College, interning in mechanical engineering at Conmed Corporation, and conducting environmental research at Landmark Environmental, showcasing a diverse skill set rooted in engineering principles. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, earned in 2014.
