Millaux is introduced as luxurious, artisanal
bedding, the first items in a line that will
eventually refine an entire interior. These
bedclothes are thoughtfully crafted as in the
Haute Couture: custom made from rich
materials using traditional techniques salvaged
from a time when splendour was more readily
expressed. An invented title based on a real
place—a small town in the South of France, the
name of which summons childhood memories of
lush summer holidays—Millaux proposes an
antithesis to the pressing banalities of daily life,
within the most desired of places: the home. It is
inspired by its founders' reciprocal passions for
both travelling and returning.
