Binta is a proactive professional with over 5 years of people expertise and handling end-to-end recruitment processes. She leads the HR performance management for Millennial Brands staff by implementing solutions to the different areas of recruitment, staffing, and various HR-related concerns.

She started her career with a passion for people. Over the years, she gained functional HR knowledge and expertise in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s resources through planning, implementing, and evaluating policies and practices.

Binta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Communications and Engineering from CUSAT, a young lass who has a big passion for people engagement.
