Millennials for Sustainability / Gen Y for Earth is a community-centered organization committed to building safer, greener, and more connected communities through life-saving education, workforce readiness, environmental stewardship, and sustainable community development.

Our work begins with practical training. We provide safety and certification courses such as CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, Stop the Bleed, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness training for individuals, youth, businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. These courses help people gain the confidence and skills needed to respond in real emergencies while supporting long-term community resilience.

But our mission goes beyond certification.

We believe communities deserve more than survival-based solutions. People deserve access to real skills, healthy food, safe environments, green spaces, land-based education, leadership development, and sustainable pathways that help them thrive. Through our training programs, partnerships, and future eco-community development vision, we are working to create a model where community care, environmental responsibility, and economic opportunity grow together.

At Millennials for Sustainability, every class, partnership, product, and project supports a larger purpose: helping people move from survival to sustainability.

We are building toward a future where prepared people, supported families, and connected communities have the tools, resources, and dignity they need to grow.
