Jonathan Perkins

Jonathan Perkins has extensive experience in the IT industry, currently serving as a Security Analyst and Information Technology Team Lead at Millennium Digital Technologies since October 2018. Responsibilities include handling ticket escalations, leading weekly team meetings, and training new Level 1 Network Technicians. Previously, Jonathan held the positions of Level 2 Network Technician and Level 1 Network Technician, where duties involved managing firewalls and network devices for over 5,000 locations. Earlier in the career, Jonathan worked as a Computer Repair Technician at Rob's PC Solutions from January 2012 to October 2018, specializing in troubleshooting and repairing computer systems. Jonathan holds two Associate's degrees in Computer Network Engineering and Computer Network Administration from Mott Community College.
