Dan Berkovitz

Dan M. Berkovitz is an executive in financial markets, currently serving as Vice Chairman of External and Regulatory Affairs at Millennium. They have held various prominent positions, including Counsel for the United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations and the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment & Public Works. Dan also served as General Counsel at both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. They founded and operated Epictetus Strategic Consulting, LLC, offering expertise on regulatory issues in commodity and financial markets. Dan is pursuing degrees in Physics at Princeton University and in Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
