Erwin Eichmann

Erwin Eichmann is currently a Senior Counsel at Millennium, focusing on technology, intellectual property, and procurement legal matters since October 2022. Previously, from June 2017 to October 2022, Erwin served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included negotiating complex technology and intellectual property transactions and managing a legal team. Prior roles include Special Counsel at SRD Legal Group, Chief Business Officer and General Counsel at TheStreet, Executive Director and COO at Morgan Stanley, and Vice President at CNBC.com. Erwin began their legal career as an M&A Associate at Shearman & Sterling after earning a JD from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and Electrical Engineering from Yale University.
