Howard Brown

Howard Brown is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Compensation Manager at Millennium since April 2024, Howard previously held the role of Total Rewards Manager at Input Output (IOHK) from September 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes Managing Director of Compensation at Fortress Investment Group for 12 years, Director of Compensation Manager at Natixis CIB Americas, and Director of Compensation for the Consumer Media & Magazine Division at PRIMEDIA. Howard began a career in compensation at Instinet Incorporated as Compensation and HRIS Manager and earlier worked as an HR Associate at Grey Group. Howard holds a Master of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University/Baruch College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
