Ryan Padala is currently serving as a 2024 Portfolio Research Summer Analyst at Millennium, starting in January 2024. At Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, Ryan has been a Teaching Assistant since August 2022, providing individualized tutoring and support in Microeconomics, Corporate Finance, and Management. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Statistician and Head Researcher at Northwell Health, where Ryan led a team in statistical research published at national medical conferences, and a Business Development Intern at LifeSci Partners, focusing on the biotech and venture capital industries. Additionally, Ryan has a background in consulting as an Empowerment Mentor at Superpower Consulting Group and served as a Research Assistant at Northwell Health/Cohen Children’s Medical Center, contributing to multiple research presentations. Ryan is pursuing a double major in Finance and Computer Science with Mathematics at Washington University, having begun studies in 2021.
