The Millennium Technology Group LLC is an education technology professional services company focused on enrichinging teaching and learning through the efficient and productive use of digital and mobile tools in the classroom.  We do this through our two divisions - our Digital Education School Leadership Academy (DESLA) and our Education Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) division.

DESLA
The fundamental purpose of DESLA is to dramatically impact the culture of teaching and learning in the digital/mobile education environment. It is, at it root, a change management effort performed through the implementation of a framework designed to drive a systematic and measurable change through to success. It is a combination programs and consultative services aimed at mitigating the inherent challenges that come with change.  DESLA combines a research-based and proven cognitive skills development process that enables teachers to embrace a mindset that will help them to maximize their potential in the digital classroom with a practical and individualized Professional Learning Experience that puts their new mindset into action.  Mindset matters!

ETSS
The Education Technology Services & Solution division provides schools and school districts access to technology and instructional technology resources to fulfill strategic functions within the organization.  Albeit we are certainly available to support short-term projects or technology integrations, ETSS services encourage clients to view outsourcing strategically, not just as a stop-gap tool.  Strategic placement of resources enables a mindful use of financial resources and more efficient output from hired staff.  Our solutions are all focused on the effective and efficient management of the classroom and teacher and student interactions.
