Anne McCoy

Anne McCoy has a comprehensive work experience in the field of IT support and technical support. Anne started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Representative at SERVICOM LLC, where they achieved revenue targets and troubleshooted high-revenue contracts. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Career Education Corporation as a Technical Support Representative Tier 1 and Tier 2, providing assistance to students and faculty, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing service requests. Anne then advanced to the role of a Technical Support Analyst - Tier 3, responsible for improving operational effectiveness and providing training to the call center in the Philippines.
