Thomas Lesser

Thomas Lesser has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in sales, project management, and customer service. Thomas started their career as a Recruiter and Marketing Representative at QPS Employment Group in 2008. Thomas then worked at Bob Lesser Contracting and Anna's Hair by Design, supporting their parents' small businesses. Thomas also gained experience in customer service, sales, and lead generation at Guerrero Howe Custom Media.

In 2012, Thomas joined John Robert Powers as a Sales Director before moving on to the American Medical Association. At the AMA, they served as a Sales Operations Specialist, managing sales representatives and restructuring operations workflows. Thomas was also responsible for Salesforce administration and training new team members.

Thomas then worked as a Marketing Operations Analyst at IFS before transitioning to sales and project management roles. Thomas held positions such as Sales Engineer/Project Manager at ODD JOB LARRY INC, Project Manager/Sales Engineer at Midwest Heating and Cooling LLC, and Project Manager/Sales at Guardian Home Improvements, where they coordinated construction processes and worked with various stakeholders.

Most recently, Thomas joined Millennium as a Sales Coordinator in 2023. Overall, they have demonstrated strong skills in sales, project management, customer service, and Salesforce administration throughout their career.

Thomas Lesser attended Purdue University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Selling and Sales Management. In 2005, they briefly studied International Business at the University of Strathclyde. Later, in 2016 and 2017, Thomas pursued further education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Business Psychology.
