Miller Behavior Consulting, LLC, a collaborative, private-pay consulting practice, partners with schools and families to support children experiencing behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges across home and school settings. Through collaborative consultation and functional behavioral assessment, the goal is to create pathways for children to learn, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Founded by Dr. Jody Miller, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 20 years of experience in education and leadership, the practice is grounded in the belief that behavior is communication and that every child can succeed with the right supports. The focus extends beyond reducing challenging behaviors to strengthening the environments, systems, and relationships that influence a child’s success.

Miller Behavior Consulting works closely with private and independent schools, educators, and families to develop sustainable, strengths-based strategies. School consulting services include functional behavior assessments, behavior support plan development, and coaching for teachers and staff in behavior support, crisis prevention, and de-escalation. These services are designed to improve consistency, increase staff confidence, and support students in meaningful and respectful ways.

Family support services include home or virtual behavior assessments, individualized behavior planning, and parent and caregiver coaching. Emphasis is placed on practical strategies aligned with family routines and values while promoting skill development and independence. When appropriate, school–home alignment is supported to ensure consistency across settings.

Miller Behavior Consulting operates as a collaborative consulting practice focused on sustainable outcomes and meaningful progress.
