Will Smalling

As Director of Pre-Construction, Will Smalling is responsible for identifying projects to submit pricing, evaluating bid pricing and cost analysis, collaborating with vendors and customers during the bid process, negotiating subcontract terms, and assisting in pre-award project planning and coordination with operations.

He brings more than two decades of management and industry experience to his role. Will began his career at Miller Builders in 1998 as an Estimator and Project Manager.
