As Principal at The Miller Group since 2006, Dan initiated the employee benefits practice within one of the largest privately held brokerage firms in the Midwest. Previously, Dan served as Vice President at both Van Gilder Insurance and Hays Companies, where Dan demonstrated exceptional growth in group benefits operations. Dan also led the benefits practice at Thomas McGee, L.C., achieving significant annual growth. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from The University of Kansas, earned between 1980 and 1984.
