Greg Buckwald

Greg Buckwald has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Greg currently serves as the Director of Engineering & Order Management at MillerKnoll, responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, and order flow of custom products. In their previous role at Herman Miller, they held the position of Director of Options Core Operations, where they ensured customer satisfaction for custom-designed solutions. Additionally, Greg served as the Quality Manager at both Cascade Engineering and Herman Miller, focusing on improving quality performance and developing site quality leads. Prior to their roles in quality management, they spent 10 years with Prince Automotive / Johnson Controls, starting as a manufacturing associate and gaining experience in engineering and leadership. Greg began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving both active and reserve duty as an Infantry Mortar.

Greg Buckwald attended Baker College from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
