John Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John is currently serving as the European Talent Acquisition Lead at MillerKnoll, where they are part of a collective of dynamic brands focused on creating a more sustainable and equitable future. Prior to this, they worked as a National Account Manager at BMS Performance, connecting exceptional people with exceptional companies and delivering training programs. John also has experience in IT recruitment as a Senior Consultant at Ambridge Harris Associates and Sanderson Recruitment plc. Additionally, they have worked as a Database Consultant at LTSB during their placement year while completing their Business Information Systems degree. Before embarking on their professional career, they spent a year traveling.
