Madisson Schmidt

Madisson Schmidt started their work experience in 2013 as a Waitress at Clock and Oyster Bistro. In 2014, they worked as a Barista at Buzz Bar Esspresso. Then, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Associate Delivery Specialist (Storage Engineer) at Dell EMC, where they managed the Storage Area Network (SAN) environment. From 2018 to 2019, they transitioned into the Project Management team at Dell EMC, leading multiple hardware deployment projects for Commonwealth Bank of Australia. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Project Manager at Dell EMC for Macquarie Bank, coordinating multiple projects and the Business Continuity Process (BCP) Testing event. Finally, in 2021, they joined Olympus Technology Services as a Senior Project Manager, focusing primarily on managing projects with Sydney Airport's infrastructure sector. Madisson currently works as a Technology Service Manager at MillerKnoll since 2023.

Madisson Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology in e-business from the University of Wollongong, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications:

- In July 2016, they completed the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

- In September 2016, they obtained the Storage Administrator, XtremIO Solutions Specialist V1.0 certification from Dell EMC.

- In July 2016, they also obtained the Information Storage Management (ISM) v3 certification from Dell EMC.

- In December 2018, they acquired the AgilePM® Practitioner certification from APMG International.

- In June 2023, they completed the Project Management Skills for Leaders certification from LinkedIn.

- Most recently, in August 2023, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
