Scott Charon

Scott Charon has over 20 years of experience in the fishing industry as the business owner of Unsalted Outfitters, a Charter Fishing business based in Holland, Michigan. In addition, they have worked as a Senior Manager for Sustainable Strategy and Reporting at MillerKnoll since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sustainability Manager for the Design for the Environment Team at Herman Miller from 2001 to 2023. Scott also worked as an Account Financial Manager at Johnson Controls Automotive from 1990 to 2001.

Scott Charon earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management with a focus on Purchasing and Operations from Michigan State University between 1985 and 1990. Later, they pursued a General Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Grand Valley State University, studying from 1998 to 2001.
