Gary Henderson

Gary Henderson has a solid work history in the education and IT fields. Gary began their career as an ICT/Computing Teacher at Runshaw College in 1998 and eventually became the Head of School from 2002 to 2006. After that, they worked as an ICT Coordinator at Worden Sports College from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they served as an Educational Consultant at SSAT Middle East. Most recently, they have been the Director of IT at Millfield School since 2015.

Gary Henderson completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership at the University of Warwick from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technological Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Glasgow between 1994 and 1998. Gary also holds several additional certifications, including CRISC (obtained in October 2018), CISSP (obtained in January 2018), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (obtained in 2017). Additionally, they have certifications in Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (2020-2021) and Apple Teacher.
