James Ayo

James Ayo has a diverse work experience in various positions. James started their career at Homebase in 1996 as a Regional Garden Centre Manager and worked there until 2003. James then joined Abbey Garden Centre as a Managing Director from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Lafarge UK as a Ready Mix General Manager from 2006 to 2012. Afterward, they joined Breedon Group plc as a Regional Operations Manager - South from 2012 to 2017. In 2018, they became the Head of Site at QinetiQ, a position they held until 2019. Their most recent role was at Millfield School, where they held positions as Operations Manager and Head of Operations starting in September 2019.

James Ayo attended the Royal Military College of Science - Shrivenham from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics. Prior to that, they attended Idsall School Shifnal, although the duration and any degrees or field of study there are unknown.
