Brady Grimes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Sales and Business Development lead for Millice since September 2023, Brady previously held the role of Director of Operations at Ampersand Electric Motorcycles, where operations scaled from a pilot stage to a team of 280, securing over $20 million in funding and expanding a battery swapping network significantly. Earlier roles include Director of Economic Development at AdventGX, where Brady supported over 60 startups, and impactful positions at One Acre Fund, focusing on product marketing and delivery innovations in rural Tanzania. With a strong academic background, including dual Bachelor's degrees from Texas A&M University in Horticultural Science and Renewable Natural Resources, as well as an honors graduate designation from the National Outdoor Leadership School, Brady brings a diverse skill set and a commitment to innovation and community development.
