Bryan Duque

Bryan Duque is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Service Performance Chief at Millicom (Tigo) since June 2011, and has previously held the positions of Wireless Network & Product Quality Chief, Network Quality Officer, and Quality Assurance Officer. In these roles, Bryan has been responsible for ensuring mobile network quality and enhancing customer experience, developing growth strategies, and aligning resources to meet regional KPIs in LATAM. Prior to Millicom, Bryan worked as Gerente de Proyectos at MS Environmental Solutions S.A. de C.V. Bryan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Jose Simeon Cañas UCA and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Management from Universidad Don Bosco.
