Jorge Recinos currently serves as Technical Lead at Millicom (Tigo) since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jorge held various positions at Tigo Guatemala, including Software Architect and QA Testing Engineer, from January 2016 to March 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Coordinador Nacional SIGSA at the Ministerio de Salud Publica y Asistencia Social from February 2013 to November 2015 and working as a software developer at BAC and Corpocredit between March 2011 and February 2013. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Tecnología de la información from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a degree in Ingeniería de sistemas from the same institution, completed in 2010.
