Melvin Cay

Melvin Cay currently serves as a Regional Support Engineer and SOC Engineer at Millicom (Tigo) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Melvin worked at TECNASA as an Ingeniero Soporte Office 365 from January 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, experience includes a position as Especialista en soporte para infraestructuras at Business Technology Consulting S.A. from April 2016 to December 2019. Melvin holds a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas from Universidad Mariano Gálvez, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2022, and also attended Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala from 2016 to 2017.
