Paul Proaño has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Paul currently serves as the CFO of Millicom (Tigo) in Honduras, overseeing telecommunications, cable TV, fintech, and retail operations. Prior to this, they worked at Red Bull as the CFO for Latin America, managing finance departments across 36 profit centers. Paul also held various positions at Sanofi, including Finance Projects Director for Latin America and CFO for Central America, Caribbean, and Ecuador. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong financial management and strategic decision-making skills.
Paul Proaño holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Paul also completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Degree in Financial Management from Universidad de Belgrano. Paul obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. In addition, they hold the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the same university. Furthermore, Paul Proaño has a certification in Corporate Finance from The Wharton School.
