Rolando Cabrera

Rolando Cabrera is a seasoned professional in IT management and digital transformation, holding an MSc in Information Technologies Management and extensive experience in service delivery and project/program management across Latin America. With over 16 years in the industry, they have worked with major telecommunications operators and cloud players, successfully overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Currently, Rolando serves as the Global IT - BSS Delivery Manager and Global BSS Senior Architect at Millicom, where they focus on end-to-end delivery solutions and roadmap management for BSS products. Previously, they held leadership positions at companies such as Nortel Networks, Comverse, and Huawei, and contributed to academia as a full professor at Universidad Galileo.
