Vincent Kwitonda is an experienced ETL Architect at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) since February 2013, leading a team that manages Business Intelligence data across various business streams in TIGO Rwanda. Prior to this, Vincent contributed as an EIC Leader at Kumon Japan, focusing on education and personal development, and gained experience as a Software Developer intern at Rakuten Inc., where a travel product recommendation system was developed. Vincent's earlier roles include Software Engineer for the Rwanda Development Board, creating a document tracking and workflows management system, and Software Developer at the Rwanda Information Technology Authority, handling end-to-end analysis and compliance for various applications. Vincent holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Information Science and Engineering from Ritsumeikan University, a Nanodegree in Data Analysis from Udacity, and completed an Advanced Course in E-Government at Okinawa International School.
