Millita is a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor based in Washington, DC.

She is pursuing a Masters of Science in Clinical Yoga Therapist (500HR and IAYT Certification) to work within clinical settings including rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and private practice offices.

Since 2013, Millita has tapped into the world of yoga to help with alleviation of stress and anxiety.  She loves providing helpful tips and experiences with her students.  It is her belief that yoga is for everyone and that every class is a safe space to release stress and anxiety.
