Adam Hearn

Adam Hearn is a seasoned data scientist with a robust background in data analytics and institutional research. Currently serving at Milliman since November 2024, Adam previously worked as a Data Scientist Associate at the American Institutes for Research, where responsibilities included supporting computational mathematics in social sciences and specializing in artificial intelligence and educational economics. Adam's experience also includes a role as Director of Data Analytics & Institutional Research at Franklin College, where oversight of institutional research and enrollment management was provided. Notable earlier positions involve directing data analytics projects within the American Institutes for Research and participating as a Policy Fellow at the State Higher Education Executive Officers. Adam holds a Master of Science in Data Science for Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Rhodes College.
