Amber Kerstiens, MBA, is currently a Senior Financial Consultant at Milliman's Indianapolis Health office, where they have provided consulting services to Medicaid state agencies and health plans since 2018. Prior to this, Amber served as Director of Finance at a Medicaid managed care plan, enhancing their expertise in financial analysis and compliance within the Medicaid framework. Amber's career began as an Administrative Assistant and later included roles as a Financial Analyst and Senior Accountant, equipping them with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare finance. They hold an MBA from Ball State University, which they completed in 2023.
