Caroline Harding

Caroline Harding is an experienced actuarial analyst currently employed at Milliman since July 2021, where responsibilities include data analysis, report production, and drafting written correspondence, alongside assisting with research and marketing projects while actively pursuing actuarial exams for Fellowship. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Russell Investments as a Program Manager and Senior Project Analyst, coordinating projects to align with business goals and establishing project governance. Previous experience includes project management at Northwest Health Alliance overseeing substantial IT projects and serving as a Business Analyst at North West Local Health Integration Network. Caroline began a career at RBC Royal Bank managing client relationships in retail banking. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lake Superior State University.
