Caroline Li

Caroline Li is a Consulting Actuary at Milliman's Chicago-Milwaukee-Hartford office, a position they have held since 2023. They joined Milliman in 2011, previously serving as an Actuarial Analyst and Project Manager until 2022. Caroline has extensive experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Long Term Care insurance, currently focusing on supporting clients in Medicare value-based payment models, particularly within the ACO REACH program. They are pursuing a double major in Electrical Engineering and Business Economics and Management at the California Institute of Technology, having previously earned a degree in Economics/Strategy from New York University.
