Chad Sobotka

Chad Sobotka is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Milliman, a role held since August 2022, where responsibilities include building strong internal and external relationships to meet human resources needs and leading a dedicated recruiting team to attract top talent. Prior to this position, Chad Sobotka served at the Navy Talent Acquisition Group Great Lakes from 2009 to August 2022 as Officer-in-Charge and Human Resources Officer, focusing on leveraging an inspirational culture to attract diverse candidates for the Navy. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Officer and Director of Operations and Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Officer in various capacities within the U.S. Navy. Chad Sobotka holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
