Chris Cole

Chris Cole is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering, product development, and team building. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Milliman, Chris is responsible for the Hospital Performance Index and Health Trend Guidelines, focusing on product design and market delivery. Previous roles include founding Emination Inc., where Chris built a client portfolio and executed software consulting, and leading the UX team at Symform as Lead Developer. Additionally, Chris has held positions such as Principal Software Architect at MySpace and Software Architect/Lead Engineer at Milliman Care Guidelines, demonstrating a strong technical foundation complemented by leadership experience.
