Clay Holman is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in data analysis and consulting. Starting as a Data Analysis Intern at International Medical Group, Clay contributed to sales projections and marketing analyses. Subsequently, Clay served as Chapter President of Theta Chi Fraternity, leading initiatives recognized for campus diversity and operational efficiency. Clay advanced to an Actuarial Intern role at Cigna, where automation of benefits reporting and provider rebate analysis were pivotal achievements. Currently a Senior Consulting Actuary at Milliman, Clay provides analytical support for Medicaid programs, developing capitation rates and leveraging significant technical expertise.
