Darcy Irwin

Darcy Irwin has an extensive background in administrative and recruitment roles, currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Recruiter for Milliman's Mountain Gulf Health Practice since March 2015, following a position as Practice Administrator within Milliman's Denver Health. Prior to Milliman, Darcy worked as a Community Lead for MeetMindful, where customer service processes were developed and managed. Experience at Modis included roles as Resource Development Manager and Talent Sourcer, focusing on sourcing IT talent and evaluating candidates. Earlier experience includes positions at Ruby Tuesday, Lakeshore Athletic Club, and Rotors of the Rockies, where customer service and coaching skills were honed. Darcy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Louis University, study abroad in French at Vesalius College, and completion of the Helicopter Flight School at Rotors of the Rockies.
