David Doran

David Doran is a Consulting Actuary at Milliman, where experience since March 2013 focuses on actuarial health care consulting. Prior to this role, David served as an Actuarial Manager at Premera Blue Cross from February 2004 to February 2013, directing analytic work in provider consulting and utilization management, as well as leading the development of reporting capabilities in avoidable care and patient population management. Earlier experience includes work as an Actuarial Analyst, contributing to provider consulting, large group pricing, and financial projection modeling. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Washington State University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
