Dr. C Morris

Dr. C Morris serves as the Chief Sustainability, Inclusion and Social Impact Officer at Milliman since September 2022. Previously, Dr. Morris held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Peloton Interactive and founded CLM & Associates, a boutique consultancy focusing on DEI, HR, and Leadership Development. Dr. Morris has extensive experience in inclusion and diversity leadership roles at IDEX Corporation, UPMC, and Willis Towers Watson, contributing to organizational strategies and frameworks across a variety of sectors. Dr. Morris's educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, an Executive Leadership Development Program at UCLA Anderson, a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
