Emma Kramer is a seasoned actuarial professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman since 2013, Emma has demonstrated leadership and expertise in consulting roles. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Lead Actuarial Associate at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from 2012 to 2013, and served as an Actuarial Analyst at Coventry Health Care from 2009 to 2012. Emma holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and History from Purdue University.
