Jessi Dougherty

Jessi Dougherty is a Consulting Actuary at Milliman in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science and Finance in 2016 and obtained their Fellowship with the Society of Actuaries in 2020. In their current role, Jessi focuses on improving healthcare costs and quality through alternative payment models. They are also active on the Leadership Council of the Network of Actuarial Women and Allies (NAWA) and volunteer weekly with Braven, helping empower underrepresented young people. Outside of work and volunteering, Jessi enjoys running and hiking with their dog, Moose.
