Joshua Collins

Joshua Collins is a Consulting Actuary and Senior Actuarial Manager at Milliman, with a focus on healthcare, particularly in Medicare, PACE, and Medicaid Risk Adjustment. Collins has extensive experience in managing projects and staff, as well as in communication with clients. Prior roles at Milliman include Associate Actuary and Actuarial Analyst, contributing to various aspects of the U.S. healthcare spectrum. Additionally, as a Program Manager at the MicroInsurance Centre, Collins managed a partnership with UNDP to enhance the actuarial profession in developing countries. Collins also has tutoring experience in mathematics and research background in number theory from Carthage College, where a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science was earned.
