Keith Lockwood

Keith Lockwood is a highly experienced professional in the field of technology solutions, currently serving as Principal and Managing Director of Life Technology Solutions at Milliman since April 2011. In this role, Keith has developed a custom operations platform that supports various financial services, including annuity hedging, mutual fund, and ETF operations, with advanced features such as enterprise data management and business process automation. Prior to Milliman, Keith held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Glacial Energy, overseeing contracts, data services, and customer care. Additionally, as Director of Information Systems at Constellation Energy, Keith managed critical retail and wholesale systems. Keith began his career as an engineer at Serenity Software and holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Dartmouth College, along with an advanced degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
