Kelly Backes, FSA, MAAA, possesses extensive experience in the actuarial field, beginning with a role as Associate Actuary at Assurant Health from January 2003 to March 2008. Following this, Kelly worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman until September 2014 and has served as Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman since September 2014. In addition to corporate roles, Kelly has contributed to Autism United in various capacities, including President, Vice President, and Director of the Board.
