Lashana Narayan

Lashana Narayan is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical analytics and actuarial science, currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Analytics at Milliman since 2019. Prior to this role, Lashana held the position of Actuarial Director at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from January 2013 to June 2019, specializing in Medicare Part D pricing and group and individual plans. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Deloitte from February 2011 to December 2012 and as a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt from August 2004 to March 2011.
