Les Kartchner

Les Kartchner, FSA MAAA, is a Principal and Consulting Actuary currently working at Milliman, where they focus on optimizing cost performance for employer and insurer clients in areas such as self-funded plans, commercial health insurance, and Medicare Advantage. Since starting their consulting career at Milliman in 2010, Les has developed expertise in pricing health benefits, conducting benefit benchmark studies, and performing analyses to enhance benefit performance. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Utah and previously worked as an actuarial analyst at Towers Watson, where they gained significant experience in financial reporting and liability calculations.
