Marti Bailey

Marti Bailey has extensive experience in payroll management across multiple organizations, serving as Payroll Manager at Milliman since August 2015 and at Tommy Bahama Group, Inc. from 2004 to August 2015. Prior to these roles, Marti worked at Immunex from 1997 to 2003, managing payroll processing for 2,600 employees across 100 locations and serving as a System Administrator for ADP Payforce and Kronos. Marti's experience also includes a role as a Payroll Manager overseeing payroll for 1,600 employees and a position as Payroll Specialist at Raima Corp in 1993. Beyond payroll management, Marti operates Bailey Manor AFH, providing care and oversight for 12 residents in two adult family homes. Education includes an AA in Science from Bellevue College and an Associate of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Highline College.
