Matthew Samuel

Matthew Samuel, FCAS, is a Consulting Actuary at Milliman, where they provide strategic consulting and develop insurance products for nationwide implementation. Prior to this, they gained extensive experience at USAA, where they held various positions from Actuarial Analyst to Director of Auto Pricing, managing teams and overseeing personal lines pricing for multiple states. Matthew also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin during their studies. They hold a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio, along with a high school diploma from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
