Michael Bishop

Michael Bishop is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Principal and Managing Director at Milliman since June 2013, Michael has held various leadership roles within the company, including Principal and Senior Product Director and Product Director. Prior to Milliman, Michael worked at WellPoint for over a decade, where roles included Exchange Market Lead, Staff Vice President of Individual Underwriting, and Regional Vice President of UniCare Underwriting. Michael's career began at Cigna, participating in the Actuarial Executive Development Program. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Purdue University, earned in 1996.
