Michael Regan

Michael Regan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and technical solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Business and Technical Solutions at Milliman since February 2014, Michael oversees Application Development and internal support initiatives. Previously, as the Director of Knowledge Management at Milliman, Michael successfully managed a team of Knowledge Analysts and established strategic initiatives to enhance information management capabilities. Prior to Milliman, Michael held various leadership roles at Microsoft from 1999 to 2013, including Director of Business Programs in the Office of the CTO, where strategic planning and collaboration were prioritized to improve service delivery for a large consulting workforce. Michael's educational background includes a BS in Computability and Cognition from The Evergreen State College and an Associate of Technical Arts in Computer Science from Olympic College.
